where does natuy ship?

natuy currently ships within the United States only.

how much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on every United States order.

where do orders ship from?

Every product currently available at natuy ships from our United States warehouse. An order with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.

when will my order ship?

We ship within the time shown during checkout or in your order confirmation. If no shipment time is shown, we will ship within 30 days. Tracking is sent when it becomes available.

can I change or cancel my order?

Use our contact page as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.

returns and refunds

what is the return window?

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery.

what can I return?

An eligible item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Opened or used cosmetics and personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

when will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
