where we ship

natuy currently ships within the United States only.

shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every United States order.

fulfillment

Every product currently available at natuy ships from our United States warehouse. Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate packages.

We ship within the time shown during checkout or in your order confirmation. If no shipment time is shown, we will ship within 30 days. Business days do not include weekends or United States federal holidays.

delivery estimates

Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of carrier volume, severe weather, address issues, or other events outside our control. A tracking email is sent when tracking information becomes available.

shipping delays

If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will contact you with a revised shipment date and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment begins.

natuy is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us, contact us so we can review the available options.

missing or damaged packages

If tracking shows no movement, a package appears lost, or the package arrives damaged, contact us through our contact page. Include your order number and any useful photographs. We will review the carrier information and help determine the next step.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier first. Then contact us promptly if it is still missing.
